Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are assigned to the client upon full payment. Site content, branding, and pre-existing tools remain the property of Data Brix Inc.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Brix Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under service engagements is defined in the applicable agreement.
